Dr. Kugar is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio.  She graduated from Butler University and the Indiana School of Dentistry.  She obtained a Masters Degree in Pediatric Dentistry from the Indiana University Pediatric Dental Program and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. 

Dr. Kugar worked as a part-time instructor at Riley Hospital for Children for 9 years.  She is a Fellow in the American College of Dentists and is a former president of the Indiana Society of Pediatric Dentists.  She has been very involved in advocacy for children’s dental health issues. 

Interest in children and their oral health care needs are reasons that Dr. Kugar entered into the dental profession.  Dr. Kugar truly enjoys working with children and looks forward to meeting you and your child!
